Un romano a marte was created as a tribute to the city of Rome and to the figure of the important intellectual Ennio Flaiano, a Roman by adoption. Departing from the staging of Un marziano a Roma (a famous theatrical failure), this work traces a golden period of Italian culture by staging the figures who inhabited the Rome of the dolce vita.
